The IFA at Alicante will be the location of the Alicante Gastronmy Exhibition fro the 29th September to the 2nd October 2023. There will be Show Cooking, a Tapas Table, a Wine Tunnel and over 250 exhibitors with 65,000 visitors expected. 

You pay 1€ for a braclet which you charge up at various points throughout the exhibition halls and use to buy and sample the gastronomy products. Take a look at the Official Website to see the programme of show cooking and classes.
