EuroTourGuide What's On Newsletter 24th October 2021
It is the first weekend of the famous Fira de Tots Sants, in Cocentaina which is a very popular Fair with normally 800 stalls and half a million visitors. This year, due to covid, it will be 50% smaller and you need to pre-book your car park space, but it will take place over two instead of just one weekend.

There are 3 Tapas Routes to try this weekend! The History Tapas Route in Guardamar, which has the theme of the 750th anniversary of the Castle and Walled City, features 18 establishments with a tapa and a drink for 2.50€. The one in Elche, which started on the 21st, also finishes on the 1st and tapas are 1€. The last Tapa Route also includes a Cocktail Route and will take place in the village of San Fulgencio and the urbanisation area of La Marina, with a free bus connecting all of the 16 participating establishments and tapas and drinks being 2.50€ and cocktails 4€.

The Free Guided Visits continue in Orihuela, all of which must be reserved in advance, this Friday and Saturday you can join a Recital of Miguel Hernandez Poems at the Puerta de la Olma. There is a Free Concert by the Banda Sinfonica Union Musical de Almoradi on Saturday evening. Elche CF will play Real Madrid at the Martinez Valero on Saturday, kicking off at 14:00.

On Sunday the clocks change so we gain an hour! It is also Halloween! The scariest Tunnel of Terror (believe me I have done it!) can be experienced in the Alfonso Natural Park in Guardamar del Segura for free and only for over 12's!
