What's on Newsletter 30th May 2021
On Thursday the 27th we very much enjoyed our second Off We Go Coach Tour. This time we went to the beautiful coastal towns of Albir and Altea with the option for the 5km walk to the Lighthouse. Everyone had an excellent time. Click here to see some photos on our Facebook Page.
The quaint fishing village of Cabo de Palos followed by a Boat Ride across the calm waters of the Mar Menor to Santiago de la Ribera
Enjoy a few hours shopping at the discount stores near Alicante, which includes a Skechers, El Corte Ingles, Nike, Desigual, Levis and many other outlets. Then relax along the beach front promenade in El Campello with it's ample selection of places to eat.

On Friday and Saturday you can join the Free Guided Historical Visits in Pilar de la Horadada, Torre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras. Orihuela have two Free Guided Walks on Saturday, one around the Palm Park and the other about the life and work of Miguel Hernandez. On Sunday there is a Free Guided Walk along the CV-541 in Callosa del Segura, and along the Route of the Water in Almoradi.
The annual Mucho Mas Festival starts on Thursday in Cartagena with a smaller than usual programme that includes International culture, art, music and dance. In Guardamar del Segura there is a free Band Concert on Saturday. Also on Saturday, in Rojaes you can watch the groups of Flamenco musicians, singers and dancers as they try out for a place in the prestigious Cante de la Minas competition.
