San Pedro del Pinatar Virgen del Carmen Fiesta
The Mar Menor town of San Pedro del Pinatar will be honouring the Virgen del Carmen from the 1st to the 17th July 2023. The fiesta has been declared as being of Regional Tourist Interest and includes a Marine Procession, so is well worth seeing. All of the events are in the PDF and the main ones are highlighted below.
Saturday 15th July
21:00 Flower Offering in honour of the Virgen del Carmen, leaving from the residential home MM Franciscanas with choral groups and dances.
Sunday 16th July
07:00 Diana, early morning parade with the Union Musical band through the streets of San Pedro del Pinatar.
07:30 Diana, early morning parade with the Union Musical band through the streets of Lo Pagan.
09:00 Romeria with the statue of the Virgen del Carmen from the Plaza de la Constitucion to Lo Pagan.
11:00 Marine Procession when the statue is transported out to sea on a boat.
12:00 Mass at the Explanada de la Lonja de Pascado de Lo Pagan
23:30 Fireworks display along the Explanada at Lo Pagan and in the SSMM Parque de los Reyes de Espana.
00:00 Romeria with the statue of the Virgen del Carmen from Lo Pagan to the Plaza de la Constitucion.
