There will be a Medieval Market in Villena from the 10th to the 12th March 2023. It will be the 21st edition of this popular Medieval Market and over 160 stalls and taverns will be installed in the Barrio del Rabal area, just below the castle. There will also be donkey rides, a herd of geese, traditional games, visits to the top of the bell tower, painting exhibitions, birds of prey and many taverns offering a great selection of food and drink.

 

Villena can be visited by train from Alicante, making a great day out. There will be performances, parades, dancing, puppet shows, re-enactments and much much more when the market is open. The full programme is still to be confirmed.

Saturday 11th March 09:00-14:00 and 17:00-23:00
