The 20th Cherry Fiesta will take place in the Val de Gallinera on the 10th and 11th June 2023. Known in Spanish as the Festa de la Cirera, the events will all be located in Benirrama, inland from Pego. The complete programme, in Spanish is in the pamphlet below, and the main events are:

 

11:00 Opening of the Local Products and Gastronomy Fair in the streets until 21:00

Sunday 11th June

08:30 Guided walking route 'The Cherry' leaving from the Town Hall of Beniali, approx 2 hours

10:00 Opening of the Farmers Market in the streets of Alpatro until 18:00

11:00-14:00 & 16:00-18:00 Traditional games includeing the Cherry Stone Spitting contest
