The popular Fogueres de Sant Juan are celebrated in Javea from the 14th to the 24th June 2023. The fiesta marks the summer solstice with the burning of the paper mache statues known as Fogeres. The fiesta in Javea includes many other events such as the running of the bulls, processions, giant paellas, flower offerings, sporting competitions, mascletas, music and correfoc.
